Minor Eye Conditions Service (MECS)

The Minor Eye Conditions Service (MECS) provides assessment and treatment for people with recently occurring minor eye problems. It is an NHS service provided by accredited clinicians.

Care Coordination Team

The care coordination team provides a thorough review of the health and social needs of patients with long-term conditions or frailty.

Health Outreach Service

Support for individuals experiencing homelessness, Gypsy, Traveller and Roma populations, asylum seekers, migrant workers and ex-offenders.

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (MSK)

The MSK Physiotherapy team provide expert assessment, treatment, advice and support to help with a variety of issues involving the musculoskeletal system.

Mental Health Crisis Support

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or something that makes you feel severely unsafe, distressed, or worried about your mental health, you can contact your local crisis service in Essex by calling NHS 111 and selecting the mental health option.

Support for West Essex residents experiencing excessive worry, low mood, depression and anxiety.

This service focuses on checking and treating people who have a moderate to high risk of foot problems.

First Episode in Psychosis service (FEP)

Support for people aged 14 years old and upwards, who may be experiencing symptoms of first psychosis episode.

St Clare Hospice

St Clare Hospice is a local charity and each year they care for hundreds of people across West Essex and the East Hertfordshire border. They provide free, compassionate care and support to adults who are living with a life-limiting illness, facing the end of life or experiencing bereavement.

The Family Hub Team support behaviour, child development, sleep, connecting, transition, emotional wellbeing and lifestyle.
