At John Tasker House and Felsted surgeries we believe our PPG enhances the relationship between the practice and our patients and carers. We believe that working together will allow the practice, patients and carers to influence their local healthcare services.
Being part of our PPG allows patients to offer advice to the practice on patient perspective and provide an insight into the responsiveness and quality of our services.
Regular communication with our patient population is important as it allows the practice to understand the needs and meet expectations of our local community.
