Important Information

You can see any of the doctors, but it’s best to see your usual doctor if you can. If you need to be seen urgently, you will be seen the same day, but it might not be with your usual doctor. If it’s not urgent, you’ll get the next available appointment.

The receptionist will ask what’s wrong so the doctor knows when to see you. Please tell them if this is your first visit to the surgery.

The easiest way to do this is to contact us online using the button below. Then, select "I have an admin query." You can only use this if your appointment was arranged over 24 hours ago (excluding weekends and public holidays).

A doctor or nurse may call you back. They might be able to help you over the phone. Sometimes it’s better to send a nurse or ask you to go to hospital.

Please remember that doctors can see several patients at the surgery in the time it takes to do one home visit. The surgery also has better equipment to help you
