If you are due for your Annual Asthma Review please click on 'Asthma Review' under 'Further Information' and complete the questionnaire.

Please note that from 31st July 2017 the opening hours for the Dispensary at John Tasker House will be Monday to Friday 08.30-12.30 and 14.00-18.00.

HUB appointments - To cancel a weekend or evening appointment at the Dunmow Clinic please call 0300 303 7300 not the surgery.

The NHS PRESCRIPTION FEE has increased to £8.60 per item from the 1st April 2017.

EVENING APPOINTMENTS are available, Monday & Thursday 6.30 to 7.30pm at John Tasker House for both JTH and Felsted patients.

We are in the process of moving our online ordering of repeat prescriptions to a new system. Patients will need to attend the surgery with photographic ID (Photo Driving Licence, Passport etc.,) to register for the new service.  When they have registered for the new service patients will also be able to book appointments on-line and view their medication, allergies and immunisations. When you have received your registration details from the surgery please click on the Patient Access button below to access the service.

Making an Appointment

To make an appointment either visit the surgery or call 01371 872121. Requests for non-urgent appointments should be made after 11.00am and before 4.30pm.

You may see any of the doctors, although to aid continuity of care we encourage you to consult your usual doctor. Urgent cases will be seen the same day, this may not be with your usual doctor, otherwise you will be offered the first available appointment.

The receptionist may ask you about your illness to help the doctor to decide when best to see you. Please inform the receptionist if you are attending this surgery for the first time.

If you cannot keep your appointment please let us know by calling 01371 872121 and selecting option 3 to cancel the appointment.

Appointments for Blood Tests

If you are active and mobile and need routine blood tests, please attend:

Felsted

We can send appointment reminders by text.  The text is usually sent 24 hours before the appointment.  If you have a mobile phone and would like to use this service please either click on 'Text Message Reminders' on the right hand side of this page and complete the on-line form or ask Reception for a form to compete when you next visit the surgery.  If we already have your moble phone number please remember to let us know if it changes so that we can update our records.
